My friend/colleague/relative wants to sign up.  How do they do that?

If they are between the ages of 35 and 69 and want to join, please ask them to call 1-866-606-0686.

If I move out of Ontario, can I stay in the Study?

Yes.  You can continue to be part of the Study if you move. With your agreement, we would continue to contact you for yearly updates by mail or email.

When is the Study Centre open?

The Study Centres are open Monday-Saturday. Days and hours of operation vary by location.

The last appointment of the day is made two hours before the Study Centre closes to make sure participants have enough time to complete their visit.
