Questionnaires moving online this Fall

Our success to date is already a major achievement in Canadian health research. But we still have a long way to go to reach our target of 150,000 participants across Ontario. To help us achieve this goal, we are moving to a web-based format.

Benefits of web-based format

Starting this fall, participants will be able to complete Ontario Health Study questionnaires online and submit a saliva sample by mail. This way, we can:

• Reach more people across the province
• Make more efficient use of our resources
• Reduce our environmental footprint by eliminating dependence on printed communications
