The Canadian Alliance for Healthy Hearts and Minds: How well does it reflect the Canadian population?

Ontario Health Study participants make up majority of those taking part in the nation-wide CanPath study (formerly the Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow Project). A subset of OHS participants were invited to also take part in the Canadian Alliance for Healthy Hearts and Minds (CAHHM) study, which explores the early determinants and progression of cardiac and vascular disease in adults. This paper evaluates how well the CAHHM-Health Services Research (CAHHM-HSR) subcohort reflects the Canadian population.
